Refund Policy

At Wee Miracle Gifts, every item is handmade and personalised with care. We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes issues can occur. This policy explains when and how refunds or replacements are handled.

1. Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or there has been an error on our part.

This includes:
- Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after order placement
- Delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal carriers

Please double-check all spelling and personalisation details before confirming your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error by Wee Miracle Gifts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number and delivery details

Once confirmed, we’ll offer:
- A replacement of the same item (where possible), or
- A full refund, including any original delivery charge.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Return Process

If a return is agreed, you’ll be provided with instructions via email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to a mistake by Wee Miracle Gifts.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item (if required).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary.
3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at lorna@weemiraclegifts.co.uk.
