Welcome to Wee Miracle Gifts. By placing an order through our website or Etsy store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Wee Miracle Gifts is a UK-based sole trader business owned and operated from Aberfeldy, Perthshire.
We specialise in personalised gifts and handmade items.

2. Products and Personalisation
All items are handmade or personalised to order.
We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in display screens.
Personalisation details must be entered carefully at checkout — we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed via our website or Etsy store.
Full payment must be received before your order is processed.
We accept debit and credit card payments via our secure payment system on the website (Wix Payments).
Etsy orders are processed through Etsy Payments under Etsy’s own terms of service.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom, and internationally by request.
- Standard UK shipping: £3.95 for orders below £30.
- Free UK delivery: Orders £30 and above.
- Courier: Royal Mail.
- Dispatch time: 3–5 working days unless otherwise arranged.
We will always try to accommodate early delivery requests where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
As all items are personalised or handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made by Wee Miracle Gifts.
If there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 21 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
We may ask for photos or return of the item to verify the issue.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If work has already started on a personalised item, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.
7. International Orders
We can ship internationally upon request.
Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by postal services outside the UK.
8. Liability
Wee Miracle Gifts will not be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal carriers.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Damage or loss after items have been delivered.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
