At Wee Miracle Gifts, every order is made with care and sent as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains our processing times, delivery options, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1) Where We Ship
- United Kingdom (mainland): standard service.
- Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses: incur additional costs — please email Lorna for a quote before ordering.
- International shipping: available on request — email Lorna to arrange.
2) Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- If processing will take longer, Lorna will notify you by email.
- Need it sooner? Rush/Express requests: email Lorna to discuss options.
3) Delivery Services
- Royal Mail Standard First Class — Signed For.
- You’ll receive a dispatch notification by email when your order leaves us.
- Tracking/receipt details are provided where available via Signed For services.
4) Delivery Costs (UK)
- £3.95 for orders under £30.
- Free UK delivery for orders £30 and above (mainland UK only).
- Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses: surcharge applies (contact Lorna).
- Large/heavy orders over 5kg: additional shipping charges may apply — contact Lorna for a quote.
5) Estimated Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)
- UK (Royal Mail First Class Signed For): typically 3–5 working days.
- International (on request): typically 7–21 working days, depending on destination and local postal services.
6) International Orders (on request)
- Shipping quotes provided by email prior to purchase.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges.
- Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier performance.
7) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to non‑collection or an incorrect address, we can resend it once any re‑shipping costs are paid.
8) Lost or Delayed Parcels
- UK: A parcel is considered delayed until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. After this point we’ll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- International: Considered delayed after 25 working days from dispatch due to variable customs and local services.
- Please contact us with your order number so we can help.
9) Damaged Items on Arrival
- If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it swiftly.
